Yoga is a pathway to integrating body, mind, and soul. I began practicing in 1994 as a way to deal with anxiety and cope with ongoing trauma from a serious car accident. Yoga transformed my life and married my head and my heart.

My superpowers are holding a robust container for your practice with empathy, intuition, deep listening, vibrant presence, and a keen sense of humour. I am gifted at making yoga practice enjoyable and accessible. Whether you want to be challenged with advanced poses, or a more therapeutic and functional approach, I offer you clear instruction, skillful hands-on assists and extensive knowledge of yoga poses and their benefits.  

I have been teaching privately since 2004; there is an irreducible quality to the intimacy of working one-on-one, a depth of connection and undivided attention. My clients want more than just a workout, they are looking for intellectual and spiritual depth along with experience, warmth, dependability, and trustworthiness. I love yoga and I love people.
